Open House
Please join us for an introduction to the Shambhala Meditation Group of San Diego. Come and learn about the variety of programs and opportunities for practice offered here, and individual meditation instruction is available free of charge. Open House includes an introductory talk and an informal reception with refreshments, hosted by senior students of the Vidyadhara, Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche and Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche.
