    There are two meditation sessions on alternating weeks.

    One week is a pure meditation evening with two 25 minutes meditation sessions and a short ten minute break between the two.  The other week incorporates meditation, contemplation & short discussion. This is an opportunity to meditate, connect with ourselves and connect with each other. We will meditate and check-in during both sessions. ALL ARE WELCOME.
